Preorder Policy

Items purchased as preorder require a 20% deposit to secure, with the remaining 80%  payment required on the date specified on the item. Failure to pay the remaining 80% on the date required will result in cancellation of the preorder. 

Items will not be posted until full payment has been received. 

You can cancel your preorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting us. Cancellation by either party will result in a full refund (minus payment gateway fees).

We will not charge any fees directly, however depending on the payment method chosen, the payment provider may charge a fee.
