Based in Brisbane, Australia, Jelly Bobbin is all about celebrating creativity, colour, and a little bit of quirkiness—because let’s face it, creativity needs a little bit of quirky too!
Our mission is simple: to create a space for modern quilters to connect, be inspired, and find great fabrics. Whether you’re a seasoned quilter or just starting out, Jelly Bobbin is your go-to for contemporary and vibrant quilting fabrics that make every project pop. We’re not just an online fabric shop—we’re a community of quilting enthusiasts who believe in the power of bright, curated collections to inspire creativity and connection.

At Jelly Bobbin, our brand story and values are woven into every collection we offer. I started this journey because I saw a need for something fresh in the Australian quilting scene—modern fabrics that aren’t dull or generic, but full of life and personality. Each collection for sale has been selected based on this criteria - like the ever-popular Tula Pink or the bold designs from Thread & Ink Design Studio, only those fabrics that bring colour and spark will be available here.
Creativity is at the core of everything we do. We believe quilting should be fun, expressive, and a little bit unexpected. That’s why we’re always on the lookout for new releases, pre-cuts, and pre-order opportunities that let you plan ahead and stay inspired. Our promise? To provide you with modern, bright fabrics that turn your creative ideas into reality—while keeping things friendly, approachable, and just a little bit quirky.
Our Strategy
2026 is a huge year of new fabric releases, and there are some truly stunning collections coming in the next few months. But aside from that, our strategy includes lots of new ideas and innovations to remove those pesky barriers and allow you to be creative.
A few things to look out for in 2026 include:

- On-demand FPP pattern printing
- Bespoke pattern & fabric kits in multiple colourways
