Where are you based? Can I collect my order in-person?
We are currently an online-only store based in Brisbane, QLD. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity for in-person collections at this time, however we are planning to move to a physical shopfront – so keep an eye on this space!
How do I order fabric off the bolt?
Fabric off the bolt comes in two widths: 44” and 108”, also known as a wideback.
44” fabric has a minimum purchase of 25cm, and 108” fabric has a minimum purchase quantity of 50cm. Purchase quantity of 1 = the minimum purchase (25cm / 50cm respectively).
All fabric is cut as the quantity x WOF. For example, for 44” fabric with 1 quantity (25cm), the piece will be 25cm x 44”.
Can I order a Fat Quarter of an off the bolt fabric?
Absolutely! Fat quarters for all 44" fabrics are available on request and will be charged at the same price as a 25cm x 44” cut. If you would like a fat quarter, please mention this in the notes prior to completing your purchase, or contact us here.
If you would like a Fat Quarter for a 108" fabric, please contact us as this will require creation of a special order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While this is incredibly frustrating we know that sometimes postage is not handled super well! Please contact us directly so we can find a tailored solution for you.
How is postage calculated / shipped?
All postage is sent through Australia Post, with cost determined by the weight of your final order. Orders are posted as soon as possible within 48 hours – yes this means on the weekend too! But unfortunately, we cannot post on public holidays as Australia Post is closed. BUT if they are open – we will post it!
If tracking is selected you will be emailed with a tracking number - please check the Australia Post website to track your order.
If tracking is not chosen, please note that we will not be held liable for loss or damage to the order. However, we will do our best to support you where we can, so please let us know if you encounter any issues.
How do Preorders work?
Preorders require a 20% deposit to secure, with the remaining 80% due on the 1st of the month in which the preorder will be released. If the 1st is a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed the following business day.
A payment reminder will be emailed to you the week prior to the payment date, and another email will be sent when your order is posted.
Preorders can be cancelled any time prior to the order being posted by contacting us.
What if I change my mind after my order is posted?
Unfortunately once your order has been posted we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. If there is an item missing from your order, or any damage – please let us know and we will do our best to help.
